Wine Tasting at the LA County Fair
Taste over 300 Gold Medal wines from around the world at the LA County Fair. All wines are represented, from Champagne to dessert, red, rose, and white. Yes, there's also Merlot. Also on the schedule are piglet races, pygmy goat showmanship, fried everything, and giant slides. This is going to be FUN!

When: Sunday, September 18 at 2pm
Details: Bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. Tastings are about $2 each. We'll meet inside The Vineyard at the Home and Gardens Pavilion (shown in green on the map at http://www.fairplex.com/2005/MapsDirections.asp)
Where: Pomona Fairplex, 1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona, 91768
Directions: Go East on San Bernardino Freeway (10) to the city of Pomona and exit at Fairplex Drive. Turn left on Fairplex Drive, then right on McKinley. Or, exit at White Avenue and turn left on McKinley.
